WEDDING VENUE RENTAL FEES
- Saturdays and Holidays ~ $3000 ~ 9AM - 11PM
- Saturday 9AM - Sunday 12PM ~ $5000
- Friday 3PM - Sunday 12PM ~ $6500
- Fridays and Sundays ~ $1500 ~ 12PM - 11PM
Ceremony, Cocktail and Receptions ~ You have exclusive use of Warm Springs Lodge property for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception for a total of 6 hours on the day of the event. This time is allotted for a 1 hour ceremony and a 5 hour reception including a cocktail hour. Access to the property begins at 9 am, 12 pm or 3 pm depending on package selected. All events must end by 11 pm.
Outdoor reception tables and seating for up to 120 guests and indoors for up to 90 guests.
The bride and bridesmaids have access to the Bridal Suite for dressing. The groom and groomsmen will have access to rooms upstairs at the inn to get ready for the days events.
Outside catering is permitted.
Overnight options include lodging for up to 22 guests at the inn and honeymoon cottage with Continental breakfast(s) of pastries, breads, juices and coffee.
